Plug your controller to your u. After it is connected unplug your keyboard then start the game. You’ll know when your controller is detected once you get to the preload video of the game by pressing any button. If you’re playing on MyRise wait for it to load then plug back your keyboard. That’s It.

For those who keyboard or joystick doesn’t work, try this:
Go to My documents/WWE2K22 and open the config file.
Change the value windowed=no to windowed=yes save and close.

Updater locks up, stops responding
bro after update 1.06 its saying bak0 file is corrupted and game is not opening how to remove 1.06 update plz helpa;
Just install v1.05 first to the fresh game and then v1.06. It will work
every time I run the v1.05 updater it crashes when it says finishing installation (may take several minutes). I just sits there with a full green bar. Stops responding with no error prompt.
