DIG IN
Hit the dirt on a variety of enigmatic and alien worlds with new archeology sites available for your empire to study… or plunder. Each site begins a story with between one and six chapters to investigate. Retrace the history to discover artifacts and relics that can be boons to your empire.
THOSE WHO CAME BEFORE
Encounter clues about two extinct Precursor civilizations, the Baol and the Zroni, the former a sprawling hivemind of plantoids, the latter some of the most powerful psionics to have ever lived. Players can investigate their home systems to understand who they were and, more importantly, what can be learned from their demise.
RELIC WORLDS
Once home to vibrant, advanced civilizations, these Relic Worlds now lie dead, replete with desolate ruins and dormant mysteries. Players can excavate guaranteed archeological sites on these worlds and bring to light powerful relics and artifacts.

Install:
1. Unrar
2. Run Setup.exe
3. Copy crackfiles from HOODLUM dir to game installation dir
4. Block the game in your firewall
5. Run the game
Patching errors with the message:

Crack won’t extract, as it says the steam_api hash isn’t verified. Tried using the one from the previous patch, which did work, no luck.

2.3.1 patch worked, but this one fails.
Found a solution: copy the crack (two files) to install dir. Then apply the patch. COpy again the crack (two files). Worked for me.

As lordiob above said, if you take the hlm.ini and steam_api54.dll file from the HOODLUM folder of the 2.3.1 update the 2.3.2 update goes through

Okay, for those of us who didn’t immediately get what was being said:
Take the hlm.ini and steam_api54.dll from the 2.3.1 HOODLUM folder install, place it into the folder that you installed Stellaris into (overwriting it), then patch.

Worked for me, do what No one said
I got an error after I started the game from the launcher. It said the api-ms-win-eventing-classirovider-l1-1-0.dll is missing yet the game still runs, is bugging me why i got that warning, also noticed no mod is working, it is related with the missing file? If you have any answer I’m glad to listen it. Thanks.
