Lighteaters give and take life as they please. Using a variety of healing and self-damaging mechanics, they toy with the Hymn present in every living being…
Their Nexus capital is the cornerstone of their might, housing most of their recruitment options. By using the Nexus Recall strategy card, Lighteaters instantly teleport back to it to cash in loot, recruit new units, or escape from dangerous situations.
They can also conjure an extension of their Nexus through the Nexus Gateway building upgrade, to recruit and push on in their hunt for Hymn.

Ancient Lighteaters – Punished for defying the Celestial Gods, they exist in a state between life and death. Their insatiable craving for the Hymn forbids them to fade away.
